Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Riley Rivaro platform (the "Service"), operated by SocialProofers. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Riley Rivaro AI Disclosure & Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.

The Service is intended solely for individuals at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 will be terminated without refund.

Riley Rivaro is a fictional, artificial-intelligence-generated persona created for entertainment purposes. She is not a real person, and interactions with her are not a substitute for human relationships, professional advice, therapy, or counseling. See the AI Disclosure for full details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Membership is offered at $4.99 per month (or the then-current listed price), billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Key terms:

1. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@socialproofers.com.
2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.
3. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any membership price change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
4. A failed payment method may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is resolved.

1. Message credit packs ("Starter," "Continue") are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
2. Purchased credits are non-refundable once any portion of the pack has been used. Unused credits do not expire.
3. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

Digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment and are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except as required by applicable law. Physical merchandise is subject to standard shipping timelines; sales are final except for defective or damaged items, which may be reported within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to extract, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Riley Rivaro's content, likeness, voice, or branding.
• Use the Service or its content to train artificial intelligence models without prior written consent.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvent any access or payment controls.
• Share content in chat that is illegal, harassing, or that attempts to induce sexual content or other violations of our content standards.

All content associated with Riley Rivaro — including her name, likeness, generated imagery, music, chat outputs, and associated branding — is the intellectual property of SocialProofers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or its content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialProofers and its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to SocialProofers in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where jurisdictionally appropriate. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
