She is not a real person, and no real individual is depicted, impersonated, or represented by this persona. Her name, likeness, voice, music, and personality are synthetic creations produced using generative AI tools. Any resemblance between Riley Rivaro and any real person, living or deceased, is unintentional and coincidental.

All images, video content, audio, and text associated with Riley Rivaro — including but not limited to her profile photos, posts, stories, music, and chat responses — are generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence technology.

When you send a message to Riley through this platform, your message is transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence language model provider for processing, which generates an in-character response. By using the chat feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are communicating with an AI system, not a human being.
• Conversations may be logged, stored, and reviewed for purposes including service functionality, safety monitoring, quality improvement, and legal compliance.
• Chat responses are generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unpredictable, or inappropriate to context. Responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice — and must not be relied upon as such.
• You should not share sensitive personal information, financial account details, government identification numbers, passwords, or other confidential information in chat.
• SocialProofers is not responsible for actions taken by users in reliance on chat content.

1. Membership is billed at $4.99 per month (or the then-current listed price) on a recurring basis until canceled by the user.
2. Membership may be canceled at any time through the account settings page or by emailing support@socialproofers.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
3. SocialProofers reserves the right to change membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers before the change takes effect on their next billing cycle.
4. Failure of a payment method may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is resolved.

1. Message credit packs ("Starter," "Continue") are one-time purchases and are not recurring subscriptions.
2. Purchased message credits are non-refundable once any portion of the pack has been used. Unused credits do not expire.
3. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

1. Digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment and are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except as required by applicable law.
2. Physical merchandise is subject to standard shipping timelines. SocialProofers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been handed off for fulfillment. All physical merchandise sales are final except in cases of defective or damaged items, which may be reported within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at SocialProofers' discretion.

All content associated with Riley Rivaro — including her name, likeness, generated imagery, music, chat outputs, and associated branding — is the intellectual property of SocialProofers. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or use this content to train other artificial intelligence models without prior written consent.

In the interest of transparency and in connection with emerging state and platform requirements governing AI-generated performers and synthetic media, SocialProofers discloses that Riley Rivaro is an artificial intelligence–generated persona and not a human performer, artist, or musician. Where required by law or platform policy, this disclosure will also be reflected on relevant third-party platforms (including but not limited to music streaming services) associated with this persona.

Riley Rivaro's chat responses are designed to remain warm and personable while excluding sexual content, explicit romantic role-play, and exclusive-relationship framing. SocialProofers employs automated and/or manual safeguards intended to prevent generation of sexual content involving this persona; however, no AI system is guaranteed to be error-free. Users who encounter content they believe violates these standards are encouraged to report it to support@socialproofers.com.

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SocialProofers does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SocialProofers, its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of this service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. SocialProofers's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SocialProofers in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialProofers and its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where jurisdictionally appropriate. Users waive the right to participate in a class action.

SocialProofers may update this disclosure and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
