This Privacy Policy explains how SocialProofers ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Riley Rivaro platform, including her profile, music pages, chat feature, and store (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account information: your email address and password when you create an account.
• Chat content: the messages you send to Riley, which are processed to generate her replies and may be stored as described in the AI Disclosure.
• Payment information: purchases are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive a record of your purchases and credits, but we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Usage information: pages viewed, features used, and basic device and browser information, used to keep the Service working and to understand what content performs well.
• Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests or unsubscribe requests.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the Service, including generating Riley's chat responses and voice notes.
• Manage your account, membership, message credits, and purchases.
• Monitor for safety, prevent misuse, and enforce our content standards and terms.
• Improve the Service, including understanding which posts and features people engage with.
• Send service-related communications and, only with your consent where required, occasional re-engagement emails in Riley's voice. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.

The Service relies on a small number of trusted providers to operate:

• AI providers: when you chat with Riley, your message is sent to a third-party AI language model provider to generate her response. Voice notes are generated using a text-to-speech provider.
• Payments: Stripe processes subscriptions and one-time purchases.
• Infrastructure: our hosting, database, authentication, storage, and email delivery providers.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your chat content with advertisers. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential purposes only: keeping you signed in, securing your session, and remembering your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Chat messages and purchase records are retained for service functionality, safety monitoring, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@socialproofers.com; we will delete or anonymize your data except where we are required to retain it by law.

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of marketing emails (every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link). To exercise any of these rights, email support@socialproofers.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The Service is intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
